My approach is grounded in existential analysis and logotherapy – a humanistic, person- centered form of therapy focused on meaning, authenticity, and personal responsibility.
I provide a safe and supportive space, where we can explore feelings of confusion, disconnection, or inner conflict and work toward deeper understanding and a more fulfilled life.
Originally from Ukraine, I began my professional journey in medicine but later followed my passion for helping others through psychotherapy. I now practice only in an online setting
and am grateful to accompany clients on their personal paths toward healing and growth.
